Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions regulate the agreements entered with Unikon Rainwear Sverige AB, referred to as Unikon in the following. By placing an order, you accept, without limitation, these general terms and conditions. Unikon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, change and update the site and/or online retail system at any time. We encourage you to therefore to read these terms and conditions whenever you use this website so that you are aware of such changes.

The Unikon rainwear Online Store ships free worldwide. We use Postnord or UPS for all shipments. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-7 business days. Orders, which have been sent as packages, will receive a track and trace number, which can be viewed at www.posten.se or www.ups.com. All products will be delivered as long as they are available in stock. Reservations are made for printing or stock control errors.

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please either contact your specific carrier directly or contact hello@unikonrainwear.com.
• If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company first and then contact Unikon at hello@unikonrainwear.com.
• If you notice something that you think is a defect or production error with your Unikon item, please contact Unikon within 14 days. Unikon will cover the shipping cost and we will do our best to replace a defective item or fully reimburse you.
• If items are not defective but do not fully meet your expectations, please see the “Exchanges and Returns” category below.

All of our products are hand made and created in limited numbers. If an item, which you ordered, is out of stock and is scheduled to be restocked, the item will be shipped as soon as possible. Although we strive to get all of your items to you on time, dates may change due to changes in supply or for specific reasons. If this occurs, we will contact you via email with an updated shipping estimate. We also reserve the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time.

Following forms of payment are accepted:
– Paypal (no account needed)

Depending on where you order from you might be charged with sales tax. If you order from outside of the European Union you will see the price as excluding sales tax. If you order from within the European Union you will see the price including VAT.

For countries outside of the European Union VAT and other taxes might be added at your nation’s border. These costs are costs that develop outside of the realm of our company and business. Unikon rainwear does not have control over these costs and these costs are supposed to be paid by the importer e.g. the customer within the specific country.

Unikon rainwear takes the responsibility for all personal information you provide us with when you place an order. We will handle the information carefully and will not give it out to third parties. You can request more information by sending an email to: hello@unikonrainwear.com

If you are not satisfied with what you purchased from our web shop, feel free to exchange or return the product(s) within 14 days after receiving the order. You will be fully reimbursed for all items returned in their original condition along with the receipt or a copy of the receipt. You are responsible for the product(s) safe journey back to our office, and therefore we have a few recommendations:

Choose a shipping company which offers tracking.
Insure the shipment or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are as protected as possible if the package is lost or damaged along the way.

Unikon will refund for returned merchandise to the credit card you used when you placed the order. The refund will be made within two weeks of the return of the product(s). Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

Please include this information with your return or exchange:
– Specify if it is a return or exchange.
– If it is an exchange, specify the size, colour, and style of the item you would like.
– Our goal is for everyone to be completely satisfied with their order, please help us improve by specifying the reason for a return.

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company first before you contact us.
If you find something that you think is a defect or production error on your Unikon rainwear item, please contact us at hello@unikonrainwear.com. For defective items Unikon will cover the shipping costs and do our absolute best to replace the item or reimburse you fully. First of all we do our best to repair the defect item. If that can´t be done we will replace the item with a new one in the same model and size. If we can´t implement the two options above we will fully reimbursed you by giving you the money back to the account you paid from when you made the order or cancel the invoice. When you send the defect item back, don´t forget to attach the receipt or the order confirmation you´ve received by email together with your returned item.
